Need to cancel your order?

If your order has not been dispatched you will receive your refund in full, as soon as possible. To cancel your order, please send an email to sally@sallymeier.com with your order number and your request to cancel. 

If you receive your item and find it is not to your taste, email to let me know what you'd like to return, wrap it back up securely (ideally in the original packaging) and contact me for the postage address.

Please note:

The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect/faulty*
Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition.

Once I have received the returned goods and inspected your return, I will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Faulty/Damaged Goods?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me at sally@sallymeier.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
